Agnes J. Jurek, nee Puttkammer, age 91, of Lansing, IL, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018. Beloved wife of the late John J. Jurek. Loving mother of John (Nancy) Jurek, late Sandy (late Frank) Jurek, late Kenneth (Pattie) Jurek, late Rudy Hlavatovich, and the late Edwin "Butch" Hlavatovich. Proud grandmother of 9 and great-grandmother of 9. Preceded in death by her parents John and Isabel Puttkammer. Agnes will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation Thursday, September 13, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Ann Church - 3010 Ridge Rd, Lansing, IL 60438. Interment private.
