Alexander Ruiz

Alexander Ruiz, age 72, of Sauk Village, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 30, 2019. Beloved husband of Rosalie Ruiz. Loving father of Diana Ruiz, Alexander Ruiz Jr., Joel Ruiz and the late Estella Ruiz. Cherished grandfather of thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Dear brother of John (Joan) Ruiz, Oralia Ruiz, Amadita (Albert) Martinez, the late Ramon Ruiz and the late Guadalupe Ruiz. Alexander retired from Skyline Disposal after 30 years of service and also worked at School District 168 in Sauk Village. He was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 3, 2020 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Smits – Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Rd., Steger, IL. Funeral mass Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church - 22400 Torrence Ave. Sauk Village, IL. Interment private.
