Alice M. Ketelaar, nee Dekker, age 89, of Lynwood, IL, passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2023.  Beloved wife of the late Jacob Ketelaar. Loving mother of Cheryl (Joe) Kozak, Karyn Ketelaar, and Steven (Kameswari Pattisapu) Ketelaar.  Cherished grandmother of Christin (James Varholdt) Radtke, Matthew (Gabrielle) Werkema, Adam (Caitlin) Werkema, and Eric Alvarado. Great-grandmother of Andrew, Lucas and Camryn Radtke, Ethan, Henry, Leo, and Allie Joy Werkema.  Dear sister of John “Butch” (Henrietta) Dekker, Corneil (late Renetta) Dekker, and Linda Schultz. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents Richard and Lucille Dekker.

Memorial visitation Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 4:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane Dyer, IN.
