Andrea A. Sluis, age 82, of South Holland, IL, passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2020.  Dear sister of the late John (Dorothy) Sluis and the late Jeanne Sluis. Cherished cousin to many.  Preceded in death by her parents Andrew and Gesina Sluis.   Andrea worked as a secretary in the meat-packing industry in Chicago.  She was also on a women’s bowling league.  Andrea and her sister, Jeanne, loved to take trips together, neither sister married, but they had a great and adventurous life together.  Both sisters enjoyed to swim.  Eventually they moved to South Holland together with their brother John.  Andrea sang in the choir at First C.R.C. of South Holland for many years.  Andrea was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Visitation Wednesday, November 11, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home, 649 E. 162 ^nd St. South Holland, IL, with Rev. Daniel Svendsen officiating. (The funeral service will be live streamed from our facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/SmitsFH ).
