Ashley J.Z. Brecka, age 37, of South Holland, IL passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021. Beloved daughter of Janet and the late Robert Brecka. Loving sister of Tiffany (Anthony) Navarro. Cherished aunt of Robert and Emilia Navarro. Kind friend of many. Ashley had a zest for life and a heart of gold, never meeting a stranger. She loved music and sports; she was an avid White Sox fan. Ashley touched the hearts of everyone who knew her and now joins her beloved father in Heaven. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at JJ Kelley's in Lansing, 2455 Bernice Rd, Lansing, IL. The celebration of life will begin at 5:30p.m. and some of Ashley's favorite foods will be served from 6:30p.m.- 8:30p.m. Arrangements entrusted to Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home, 649 E. 162nd St, South Holland, IL.
