Barbara J. Eylander, nee Boerema, age 82, of South Holland, IL, passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 1, 2014. Mrs. Eylander is survived by her husband: Gerrit Eylander; two sons: Everett Eylander and Tim (Deb) Eylander; daughter: Denise (Paul) Pollachek; Granddaughter: Victoria Pollachek and six step-grandchildren; Sister: Shirley (Freeman) Visser. Visitation Monday, April 7, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. directly at Faith Church (100 - 81st Ave. Dyer, IN 46311) with Pastor Bob Bouwer officiating. Private interment at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery - Elwood, IL. Memorial contributions to South Haven Christian School (786 Juniper Rd. Valparaiso, IN 46385) or Faith Church appreciated.
