Beatrice L. Barwig, 85, of South Chicago Heights, IL, passed away September 26, 2013, beloved wife of the late Paul J. Barwig for 55 years. Loving mother of Mark (Ann) Barwig, Jennifer Barwig RN and Curt (Sheila) Barwig; cherished grandmother of Abby (Mark) and Max (Jennifer). Beloved daughter of the late Helen and Charles Michalak R.PH. , dear sister of the late Chet, Dan and Dolly Michalak. Mrs. Barwig was a graduate of Jones Community High School, Phi Delta Chi Campus Beauty Queen of U of I Chicago Campus, worked for Chicago Park District and was employee-owner and pharmacist Tech of Herrick Drugs, Inc. She was also a Lifetime charter member of WWII Memorial Society. Interment private at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
