Bette Pistello Nelson, nee Veghte, age 91, of South Holland, IL, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2013. Beloved wife of Alvin Nelson and the late Joseph C. Pistello; loving mother of Bette Jo "B.J." (late William) Schichner; dear grandmother of Renee (Michael) Weis and Todd (Angela) Schichner and great-grandmother of Jason and Alyssa Schichner. Funeral Service Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Richard Zekveld officiating. Interment Beverly Cemetery - Blue Island, IL.
