Betty L. O'Neil

Betty L. O’Neil, nee Smith, age 95, of Orland Park, IL, passed away peacefully Friday, November 5, 2021.  Loving wife of the late Gerald O’Neil.  Devoted mother of Dianne (Scott) Munro, Donald (Beth) O’Neil, and the late Sharon (late Dale) Schuit. Proud grandmother of Maren Cunnington, Sarah Schuit, and Taryn O’Neil; great-grandmother of Oliver and Aidan Cunnington.  Dearest sister of the late Robert Smith, late Marion Lind, and the late Doris Leehaug.  Preceded in death by her parents James and Ada Smith.  Kind aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. Directly at Orland Park Presbyterian Church 13401 Wolf Rd. Orland Park, IL, with Rev. M. Joy Smith officiating.  Interment Oak Hill Cemetery – Chicago, IL.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Pl. Memphis, TN, 38105 or Orland Park Presbyterian Church, greatly appreciated.
