Betty J Osborne

Betty J. Osborne, née Bovard, 73, of Hammond, Ind., formerly of Butler, passed away Monday. Betty was born and raised in Cherry Township and attended West Sunbury High School, after which she attended The Butler Business School. She was the loving mother of the late Sherrie Osborne, Jackie (David) Goodrich, Mickie (Mike) Chmielewski and Dave Osborne; cherished grandmother of Jenny, Jessie, Max and Katie; and dear sister of Peg Tiberi and Dorothy Davis. She also is survived by three stepsisters, Jean Buchanan, Virginia Houston and Linda Cypher; and a stepbrother, Robert Buchanan. She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Clara Bovard; her sister, Kathleen; and her brother David. Virginia Buchanan-Bovard, her stepmother, also proceeded her in death. OSBORNE - At the request of Betty J. Osborne, who died Monday, Jan. 18, 2010, no visitation or services will be held.
