Betty Jane Porter

Betty Jane (Gilmore) Porter, age 80, of Momence, IL, passed away peacefully October 18, 2014. Loving mother of Kenneth (Mary) Porter of Grant Park; Sally (Pat) Mann, Mickey (Lisa) Porter of Momence; Sandra (Brian) Scheppler of Bourbonnais; and the late Danny Porter. Cherished grandmother of sixteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Dear sister of Dorothy May (late Jim) West and Charles (Lois) Gilmore. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Betty retired from Baker and Taylor after 22 years of service. Betty enjoyed music, card games, completing jigsaw puzzles and spending time with family and friends. Visitation Tuesday, October 21, 2014 from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Momence Funeral Chapel, 203 N. Locust St. Momence, IL. Funeral service Wednesday, October 22, 2014 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
