Beverly Lucko

Beverly Lucko, age 67, passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, Minnesota with family by her bedside. She was born in Chicago Heights, IL to John and Mary Durish of Steger, IL. Bev was a longtime employee of School District 168 in Sauk Village, IL and dedicated her life to the children and staff for nearly 30 years. After retirement, Bev shifted her focus to her family. Not too long after retirement, Bev and Frank moved to Wisconsin to be closer to their granddaughter. She was a dog lover who loved crafting, painting, and gardening. Her spirit remains alive through her husband, Frank; children, Jessica (Ed) Brockman, Andrew Lucko, and Samantha Lucko; granddaughter, Abigail; brothers, Alan and Steve; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Bev is preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Durish.
