Carl N. Van Milligan, age 90, of South Holland, IL, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014. Beloved husband of Marilyn Van Milligan (nee Botma) and his first wife the late Dorothy Ann Van Milligan (nee Prince). Devoted father of Bob (Mary) Van Milligan, Barb (Rich) Wondaal, Jim Van Milligan, Debbie (Darin) Smit and Marilyn''s children: Dr. Allan (Sharon) Olthoff , Judith (Mark) Vollbrecht, Cheryl (Roger) Frieling, and Dale (Kris) Olthoff. Proud and loving grandfather of sixteen and great- grandfather of three. Dear brother of the late Ann Marie Witvoet. Mr. Van Milligan was a W.W. II Army Veteran.
