Carol A. Vroegh, nee Holmgren, age 73, of Orland Park formerly of South Holland, IL, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Adrian Vroegh. Devoted mother of Diane (Robert) DeYoung, Donna (Jim) Smith, and Deb (Tom) Huisenga. Proud grandmother of Jessica (Brent) Hafner, Derek (Liliana) DeBoer, Tyler, Travis, Casey, and Cody; great- grandmother of 4. Dearest sister of Dennis (Phyllis) Holmgren and the late Dolores (late Jack) Dwyer. Visitation Friday, May 29, 2015 from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. Memorial service Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt.30/Pleasant Springs Ln.) Dyer, IN 46311with services conducted by Rev. Gerald Erffmeyer. Private interment Oak Ridge Cemetery - Lansing, IL.
