Chad Dale Prox, age 34, of Chicago Heights, Illinois, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2019. Beloved father of Elyce Prox. Loving companion of Lisa Rambo. Cherished brother of Heather (Chris) Urena. Dear son of Lisa Prox and Tim Prox. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Chad will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
