Charlene Butkis

Charlene McMurtrey, age 87, of Haileyville, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Harvey, Illinois. Charlene is survived by son Scot Butkis his wife Tina Butkis and grandchild Stella Rae Butkis, brothers Frank McMurtrey of Hartshorne, OK, Eddie McMurtrey of Haileyville, OK, sisters Shirley McBee of Hartshorne, OK, Delores (Dotty) Faith of Muskogee, OK.  Charlene was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Butkis, parents, Clyde and Julia McMurtrey; one sister, Mickie Ellmaker; one brother Horace McMurtrey; a nephew Mark McBee; brothers-in-law, Stan Ellmaker, Bill McBee, and Glen Faith.
