Blissett, Charles A. age 83 of Lowell, In. Passed away on Jan. 13,2017. Charles is survived by his Loving wife of 59 years Patsy Blissett, nee Buchmeier, his loving children, Dawn ( Michael D.) Sylvester, Anna (James) Abram, and George E. (Dawn) Blissett, his dearest brother-in-law's Melvin (late Phyllis) Rust, James (Gloria) Buchmeier, George (Noreen) Buchmeier, John (late Dixie) Crane, Don Jackson and the Late Jackie (Sue) Buchmeier. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, two Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation for Charles will be on Saturday January 28th, from 1:00 till 5:00 P.M. at the Smits Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, Il. Interment will be at a later date. Charles was a member Of Ind. Local 4 Bricklayers Union for 51 years.
