Charles L. Kincaid Jr., age 70, of Hammond, IN, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 13, 2017. Devoted father of Tim and Jason Kincaid. Proud grandfather of Xavier Edward Lynn Kincaid. Dear brother of Cynthia Kincaid. Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Loving companion of Cindy McMurray. Preceded in death by his parents Charles L. and Helen E. Kincaid, and step-father Kazuo “Gabby” Kawaguchi. Charles was a friend to everyone he was privileged to know in this life. Charles was a dedicated employee of the State of Illinois for 27 years, AFSCME Union member, and 2nd reader at the Hammond Christian Science Church.
