Charles R. Chuck Norman, age 77, formerly of Mt. Greenwood, IL, passed away Monday, June 21, 2010. Cherished husband of 52 years to Marion, nee Tufo. Dearest brother of the late Walter (late Dee) and the late John (late Virginia) Norman. Fond brother-in-law of Luella (late August) Tufo. Caring uncle of many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. He graduated from I.I.T. with a BSME degree and also became a registered professional engineer (P.E.) in several states. While serving in the U.S. Army, he was elevated to Staff Sgt. and appointed to Asst. Harbormaster at Port of Inchon, Korea. Later he was employed by Whiting Corporation & Swenson Chemical from where he retired. Memorial contributions in the name of Charles R.
