Charles L Payne age 91 of Steger, IL passed away August 3, 2011. Beloved husband of the late Allie Payne. Loving father of Carolyn (James) Culver and Leslie Payne. Cherished grandfather of four grandchildren and one granddaughter. Visitation Saturday August 6th from 12:00 until time of service 2:00 p.m. at the Smits Funeral Homes- Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, Il.
