Christopher B. Platta Sr., age 45, of Crete, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2023. Beloved husband of Shantell Williams. Loving father of Tyler (KeShawna) Platta, Joshua (Dejah) Byers, AzJahnee Byers, Ahmiyah Byers, and Christopher Platta Jr. Cherished grandfather of Tyler Jr., Kaylani, and Leyla. Dear brother of Gregory Platta and Michael (Christina) Platta. Fond son of Gregory and Bette Platta. Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Christopher will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
