Chuck Jacobsma, age 82, of South Holland, IL, passed away Friday, November 2, 2012. Beloved husband of Grace Jacobsma, (nee Beukema); dear father of Jackie(Brian) Pekny, Sandi(Joe) Monzin, Chuck(Mary Jo) Jacobsma, and Pam Riensimar; and step-father of Kenneth Togtman, Wayne(late Janet) Togtman, Don(Diane) Togtman, and Darrin(Marty) Togtman; proud grandfather of 20 and great-grandfather of 11; fond brother-in-law of Dorothy Jacobsma. Preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
