Clarence Koster

Clarence Koster, age 86, passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2007. Clarence is survived by his wife: Marie (nee VanderGiessen); two sons: James (Mary) Koster and Dennis (Jean) Koster; five grandchildren: Grant (Dana) Koster, Kyla Koster, Christine (Craig) Wories, Matthew (Heidi) Koster and Lindsey Koster; one step-sister: Gertrude Cooper. Clarence was preceded in death by three brothers: the late Fred, late Robert and late Edward Koster; one step-brother: the late John Vogler. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 14, 2007 from 3:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home, 649 E. 162nd St. (Rt. 6/159th St.) South Holland, IL. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 15, 2007 at 11:00 AM at First Reformed Church (15924 South Park Ave. South Holland, IL) with services conducted by Rev. Al Vander Meer and Rev. Mel DeVries. Interment, Oak Ridge Cemetery " Lansing, IL. Clarence was a member of First Reformed Church of South Holland and His Men Bible Study. Memorials may be given to Calvin Christian School.
