Clotilde “Cleo” H. Davila, age 79, passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, June 19, 2023. Loving mother of Grace Lopez, Raymond (late Elena) Lopez, Joseph Lopez, Micaela (late Eliaser Jr.) Jeronimo, and Christina (late Gary) Lopez. Devoted grandmother of 14 and great-grandmother of 12. Cherished sister of Jessie (George Amaro) Davila, Angelita (Curtis) Middleton, Rosita (Francisco) Pereda, Josefa Davila, and Marylou (Lance) Conway. Kind aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Jose and Magdalena Davila and 3 siblings Juanita Galaviz, Francisco Davila, and Jose Juan Jr. Cleo will be remembered for her love for her family, her beautiful cake decorations, and love for all things leopard print. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation to held on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at Smits-Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Rd., Steger, IL 60475, from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Prayer service to be held Monday, June 26, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. with a procession to Assumption Catholic Cemetery, Glenwood, IL, for interment.
