Constance “Connie” M. Brayfield nee Roehr, age 79 of Chicago Heights, passed away peacefully November 9, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Conrid Brayfield. Loving mother of Jeffrey (Dawn) Brayfield, Stephen Brayfield, and Russell (Tammy) Brayfield. Cherished grandmother of Erin, Josh (Amber), and Russell II (Rebecca). Dear sister of David Roehr and Karen (Joe Fuentes) Roehr.

Visitation will be on Friday November 16, 2018 from 4:00 - 9:00 pm. at Smits Funeral Homes- Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL. Funeral Service will be held Friday at 7:00 p.m.
