Constance L. Devitt

Constance L. Devitt, nee Doherty, age 76, of Dyer, IN, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2024. Beloved wife of the late William Devitt. Loving mother of Peter (Loni) Hoff, Paul Hoff, Michael (fiancée Karen Potoski) Hoff, George (Tammy) Hoff, Nicole (Michael) Shipp, and Andrea (Nicole) Hoff. Devoted grandmother of 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Bill Doherty, Dennis Doherty, Gloria Marich, Susan Carrillo, Darlene Mull, David Doherty, Dena Doherty, and late Colleen Doherty. Preceded in death by her parents William and Gloria Doherty.

Connie was a registered nurse in the G.I. Department at Community Hospital in Munster.

Memorial visitation Friday, December 6, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. until time of the memorial service at 10:00 a.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN.
