Cynthia G. Dejong

Cynthia G. DeJong, nee Van Heest, age 77, of Lynwood, IL, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 23, 2020.  Loving mother of David (Karen) DeJong, Melissa (Edward) Vree, and Scott (Katy) DeJong.  Proud grandmother of  Alan (Katelyn) Vree, Amanda Vree, and Luke DeJong. Great-grandmother of three.  Dear sister of Marlene (Harry) Jabaay, Gary (Sheila) Van Heest, the late Madge (late Ray) Aardema, and the late Wilma (late Clayton) DeVries.  Preceded in death by her parents Nicholas and Marguerite Van Heest.

Visitation Monday, September 28, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN, with Rev.
