Zych Cynthia A. Zych (Nee Ainsworth) age 47 of Crete, Il. passed away on Sept. 10,2012. Cynthia is survived by her loving children Amber (Ryan) Meder, Elise, Autumn and Ryan Zych Her former husband Jerry, her loving Grandchildren Korrin Wilt, Logan and Jax Meder. She is also survived by her Mother Shirley Ainsworth, her Father John Ainsworth, her Sisters Diane Ainsworth and Sandy (Lawrence) Brinton and she was preceded in death by her Brother Gary Ainsworth. She is also survived by many Nephews, Nieces, Great Nephews and Nieces. Visitation for Cynthia will be held at the Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, Il. on Thursday Sept. 13th. from 3:00 till 8:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be held on Friday Sept. 14th. at 11:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery Steger, Il.
