Daniel S Chorak

Daniel S. Chorak, age 79, of Sauk Village, Illinois, passed away peacefully January 31, 2019. Beloved husband of Heidemarie Chorak nee Sahs. Loving father of Ronald Sahs, Mary Rogan, and Daniel Chorak. Cherished grandfather of Jessica Chorak, Timothy Chorak, late Craig Lannom, Brandi Lannom and Ryan Lannom. Dear son of the late Daniel and Mary Persha-Chorak. Daniel retired from the C.T.A. as a Foreman. He was a proud US Army Veteran. Daniel will be missed by all who knew him.

Visitation on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Smits – Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Rd., Steger, IL. Funeral Service on Thursday Feb. 7 at 10:00 a.m. at Steger Memorial Chapel.
