Darlene L. Heller, nee Schaffer, age 80 of Steger, Illinois, passed away peacefully March 13, 2019. Beloved wife of Albert Heller. Loving mother of Christine (Russell) Kamplain, George (Heidi) Heller, Timothy Heller, Pamela Lhotka, and the late Mary Jean (Martin) Sandberg. Cherished grandmother of six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Dear sister of Carol, Joyce, Cindy, Sharon, John and Mark. Darlene was preceded in death by her parents; Earl and Delores Hackert-Schaffer, and siblings; Delores, Ralph, Butch, and Ivy. Darlene will be missed by all who knew her.

Visitation Tuesday, March 19, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 6:00 p.m. at Smits – Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Rd., Steger, IL.
