Darlene Machielson, age 77, of Sauk Village, Illinois, passed away peacefully Thursday, December 12, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Machielson. Loving mother of Debra Poole and Allen (Christina) Machielson. Beloved grandmother of Adam (Patricia Fazy) Poole, Elizabeth Machielson and Thomas Machielson. Dear sister of Edward (Jane) Kozinski, Joseph (Beverly) Kozinski, the late Victor Kozinski and Arlene (late David) Stephens. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. She loved her time working at St. James Catholic Church in Sauk Village and spent over 20 years working there. Darlene will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
