Darryl R. Kooy, age 61, of South Holland, IL, went home to his Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 16, 2026. Beloved husband of Janet Kooy, nee Haak. Loving father of Abigail Kooy. Dear brother of Donna (Jon) Giusto and David (Barbara) Kooy. Brother-in-law of Doris (Scott) Trester. Kind uncle of Michael Giusto, Heidi Giusto, Alyssa Giusto, Jonathan Kooy, Faith Kooy, and the late Alison Trester. Preceded in death by his parents Donald and Gladys Kooy.
