Dad of Jason (Basia), Adam (Stephanie), Vanessa (Tony), Alex, and Harli (Ryan). Proud pop pop of James, Jace, Mia, Kami, Bailey, Doc, Arabella, Kylie, Ryker, Brant, and Emberleigh. Loving son of LaVerne and Marion Churchill. Many cherished aunts, uncles, and cousins. Memorial service Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at First Reformed Church, 15924 South Park Ave., South Holland, IL 60473, with Rev. Dr. Matt Waterstone officiating.
