David D. Dolci

David D. Dolci, age 85, of Steger, Illinois, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2025. Loving father of  David A. (Michele) Dolci, and Tony (Susie) Dolci. Cherished grandfather of Brittany, Stephanie, Megan, Emma, Ally, Nick, Zack, James, Sydney and Paige. Great-grandfather of Addy, Ty, Maverick, and Ashton. Dear “grandpa” of Sierra D. April and Lacey M. April who were friends. Preceded in death by his daughter Donna Cooper, Mary Dolci and his parents Humbert and Emma Dolci. David graduated from Bloom High School and was the owner and operator of Dolci Trucking. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation to be held Thursday, July 10, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Smits -Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Road Steger, IL 60475. Entombment to follow at Assumption Cemetery, Glenwood, Illinois. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to St. Liborius Catholic Church, 71 W 35th St, Steger, IL 60475.
