David Richard Fasel, age 81, of Park Forest, IL, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 1, 2021.  Beloved husband of the late Jacqueline Fasel.  Dear companion of Yvonne Peterson.  Loving father of Yvonne (Michael) Kamer, Diane Fresso, Kimberly McGee, and Heather (Adam) Stinson.  Cherished grandfather of Lisa (Jason), David (Brittany), Brian, Sara, Kristin (Christopher), Jonathan, Andre, Steven, Aiden, and Madalyn.  Dear great-grandfather of Kamryn, Kory, Jordyn, Leilani, and Lukas.  Dear brother of Elliott (late Gerda) Fasel and Phyllis (late Jack) Harm.  Preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.  David was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation to be held Monday, April 5, 2021 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Smits - Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Rd.
