David George Shapiro

David George Shapiro 63, South Chicago Heights, IL. passed away May 17, 2011. Beloved brother of Sally Shapiro Pellati and brother-in-law Giorgio Pellati. Preceded in death by: parents George and Verna Mandelko-Shapiro, special uncle Earle Mandelko, and niece Lisa Beth Howards. Visitation Friday May 20th 3:00 p.m. until time of service 7:00 p.m. at the Steger Memorial Chapel (3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL.). Interment private. David was a graduate of Bloom High School and Eastern Illinois University with a B.S. in Business Management. He was an excellent salesman managing two shoe stores before following his passionate hobby of tropical fish and starting a small business - Daves Aquarium Service.
