Deborah Carter

Deborah Carter, age 64, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2013. Loving mother of Heather Wilson; cherished daughter of Beatrice and the late Walker Carter; dear sister of Janine Madkins, Steven Carter and Keith Carter. Ms. Carter served as a U.S. Army Nurse from 1980-1985 and was presently the HIV/AIDS Clinical Director at Christian Community Health Center. Visitation Saturday, February 16, 2013 from 9:30 until the time of the funeral service at 10:30 A.M. at Spirit of God Fellowship 16350 S. State St., South Holland, IL 60473. Interment Monday, February 18, 2013 at 11:30 A.M. at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery - Elwood, IL.
