Debra D. Peters nee Skaggs, age 61, of Steger, Illinois, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2013. Beloved wife of Marshall Peters. Loving mother of Lisa (Leroy) Woods and Steven (Candice) Peters. Cherished grandmother of Joseph, Joshua, Michael, Jacob, Mathew, David and Jessica. Debra was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Norma Bullock-Skaggs, and grandson Joshua Woods. Memorial Visitation Thursday, November 14, 2013 from 4:00 until time of memorial service 8:00 p.m. at the Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL. Interment will be private.
