Debra Jean Schaap, age 72, of Crest Hill, IL, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025. Beloved wife of Ronald Schaap. Loving mother of Jennifer (Greg) Gulledge, Valerie (Josh) Winterfeldt, and Melanie (Sabastian) Heninger. Cherished grandmother of Jack Gulledge, Micah Gulledge, and Faith Winterfeldt. Dear sister of Diane Smith, Fred Blockland, Wayne Blockland, and Darlene Sayre. Preceded in death by her mother Norma Joy Sayre.

Visitation Saturday, December 27, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Cottage Grove Christian Reformed Church, 16556 Cottage Grove Ave, South Holland, IL. Interment at Oak Ridge Cemetery—Lansing, IL.
