Desiderio Galvan, age 85, of Chicago Heights, IL. passed away March 24, 2010. Beloved husband of 65 years to Evangelina Galvan nee Garza. Loving father of Helen (David) Garcia, Robert (Debbie), Luis (Carletta), Jeorge (Anita), Leonel (Margaret), Alberto, Marcelino (Kimberly), Diana (Michael) Finnin, and Norma (Edward) Sanchez. Cherished grandfather of 25 and great-grandfather of 19. Dear brother of Teresita Ruiz. Fond uncle of several niece and nephews. Mr Galvan was preceded in death by his parents Marcelino and Lucia Galvan, a daughter Gloria Galvan, brother Guadalupe Galvan, sister Maria Luisa Galvan and his granddaughter baby Laurie Galvan.
