Dolores Jean Hermen, nee Roberts, age 90, of Crete, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 2, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence R. Hermen. Loving mother of Larry (Linda) Hermen and Jimi (Sandy) Hermen. Cherished grandmother of Mike (Reba) Hermen, Dan (Amy) Hermen, Lori (Mark) Gruessing, and Samantha (Neil) Beeson. Great-grandmother of Garrett, Nate, and Matt Hermen; Ben, Megan, and Emily Hermen; Ali, Sawyer, Wyatt, and Mason Gruessing. Step-great-grandmother of Jolene & River Beeson. Dear sister of Linda (Bill) Brockman. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; Harley and Leota (Loman) Roberts; and brothers, William (in childhood), Wayne, Waymon, and Farrel Roberts. Dolores was dearly loved and will be sorely missed.
