Dolores Kay Treadway, nee Tanis, age 74, of Valparaiso, IN passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022.  Beloved wife of Donald Treadway.  Loving mother of Ricky (Cindy) Eriks, Michael (Penny) Eriks, and the late Daniel Eriks; step-mother of Patrice (Jeff) Snead, Tiffany (Todd) Sisnores, Daniel (Lindsay) Treadway, and Dustin (Hayley) Treadway.  Cherished grandmother of Troy (Janice) Eriks, Faith (Joshua) Lett, Kayla (Nathan) Butler, Abigail Eriks, Jason (Jacqueline) Springer, and Cody Springer; step-grandmother of Hailey and Jordan Sneed, Taylor Mae, McKinnon, Nolan, and Parker Sisnores, Henry, Simone, Lennon, and Hunter Treadway.  Great-grandmother of Ezra Eriks, Madison and Emma Springer; step-great-grandmother of Anistan, Kingston, and Charlotte Grace.  Dear sister of Patricia (Gilbert) Swets.  Kind aunt of many nieces and nephews.  Dolores was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Visitation Thursday, January 27, 2022 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN.  Funeral service Friday, January 28, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Smits Funeral Home.  Interment Skyline Memorial Park – Monee, IL.  Memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (5501 N.
