Dominic Mastronardi

Dominic Mastronardi, age 83, late of Dyer, IN formerly of Dolton and the Southeast Side of Chicago, passed away Monday, March 18, 2013. Beloved husband of Marilyn C. Mastronardi nee Christy. Devoted father of Cathleen (Joseph) Lesczynski, Dominic (Debora) Mastronardi, and James Mastronardi. Proud grandfather of Chad Lesczynski. Dear brother of Ann (late Gino) Ingratta, the late Mary (late Frank) LeDonne, late Tony (Kay) Mastronardi, and the late Millie (late Jack) Doup. Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Augustino and Adamina Mastronardi. Visitation Wednesday, March 20, 2013 from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. Prayer service Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at the Smits Funeral Home James E. Janusz - Director 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt. 30 & Pleasant Springs Lane) Dyer, IN 46311 to St. Joseph Church (440 Joliet St. Dyer, IN) for 10:00 a.m. Mass with Rev. Terry J. Steffens officiating. Interment private. Mr. Mastronardi enjoyed woodworking, hunting, fishing, and loved gardening.
