Devoted father of Laura (Steve) DeYoung and Paul DeYoung. Proud papa of Andrew (Stefanie), Matthew (Britney), Joshua, Ryan, and Miranda. Dear brother of Ira (late Constance) DeYoung and Doris (Claude) Boomsma. Kind uncle of several nieces and nephews. Loving son-in-law of Frieda and the late Raymond DeVries. Dear brother-in-law of Robert (Diane) DeVries, Diane Tramutolo, Raymond DeVries, and Sharon (late Mato) Sencaj. Preceded in death by his parents Ira and Bertha DeYoung.
