Doreen A. Davids, age 64, of St. John, IN, formerly of South Holland, IL, passed away Saturday, August 11, 2007 at her home. She is survived by her husband, John of St. John, IN; daughter, Julie (David) VanDrunen of St. John, IN; son, Larry (Jeannie) Davids of Crete, IL; five grandchildren; sister, Kathleen (Jim) Bruinsma of South Holland, IL; sisters-in-law: Jeralyn (Bruce) Ryskamp of Caledonia, MI and Kathy (Ken) DeVries of South Holland, IL; brother-in-law, Glen Davids of Chicago, IL. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Peace Christian Reformed Church, South Holland, IL with Rev. Heino Blaauw officiating. Interment at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Lansing, IL. Visitation will be Monday, August 13, 2007 from 2:00-9:00 p.m. at the Smits, Deyoung-Vroegh Funeral Home, 649 162nd Street (Rt. 6), South Holland, IL.
