Edith M. Burmester

Edith Burmester, nee Wesse, of South Holland, IL passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022.    Beloved wife of the late Hans Jurgen Burmester.  Loving mother of the late Barbara Glowacki and Sylvia (Andy) Tsengouras.  Proud grandmother of Nicholas (Heather) Burmester, Joseph Glowacki, Michael Glowacki, Arianna Tsengouras, and Alexia Tsengouras and great-grandmother of Nicholas, Everleigh, and Oliver.  A private family service will be held on Friday, February 4, 2022 at Smits Funeral Home.   Burial to be held at Oakland Memory Lanes –  Dolton, IL. A public memorial service will be held at a later date.
