Edward O Blankenberger

Edward O. Blankenberger of Chicago Heights, age 87, was born on Nov. 13,1922 and passed away on Oct. 4,2010. Edward is survived by a Daughter Ellen (Bob) Bohentin, Sons, Edward (Linda), Matthew (Lisa), Mark (Sue), Andy (Gina) and Anthony (Lisa) Blankenberger. 17 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. He is also survived by a Brother Donald (Donna) Blankenberger and a Sister Adeline (John) Skultety. He was preceded in death by his wife Elsie in 2005 and a sister Marlene Blankenberger. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday October 9,2010 at St. Agnes Church 15th. St. and Chicago Rd. in Chicago Heights at 10:00 A.M. with burial at Assumption Cemetery. Visitation for Edward will be at Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, Il. on Friday October 8th from 2:00 till 9:00 P.M. Edward is a Marine veteran of W.W.
