Elaine M. Brouwer, nee Monstvil, age 55, of Steger, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 25, 2022. Loving mother of the late Desiree Monstvil, Michael (Alisha) Monstvil, Dirk Brouwer, Ashley Brouwer, and Brittney (William) Hovel. Cherished grandmother of 12 grandchildren. Dear sister of Mark Monstvil Jr. and the late John Monstvil. Elaine will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
