Emilia Tieri , nee Ferrnandez, age 91, of Steger, IL passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 2, 2019. Beloved wife of the late John V. Tieri. Loving mother of Elaine (David) Rach. Dear sister of Maria, Amparo, Nieves, Enedina and Luciana Fernandez. Preceded in death by her parents Maximino and Nieves Fernandez. Emilia will be dearly missed.

Visitation Friday, March 8, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. until the time of the prayer service 10:30 a.m. at Steger Memorial Chapel – 3045 Chicago Rd, Steger IL. Funeral Mass 11:00 a.m. at St. Liborius Church – 71 W 35th St, Steger, IL 60475. Interment at Skyline Memorial Park – Monee, IL.
