Loving father of Leo (Charlene), Oscar (Lisa), Robert, Roy (Stacy) and Mary Salinas.Cherished grandfather of David, Lindsey, Mitchel, Emilia, Staci, Elliot, Lewis, Phillip, Alicia, Brandon, Marieanna, Ian, Ryan, Kyle. Dearest brother of Gloria (Jack) Coker, Esmeralda (Homer) Ramos, Gilbert (Jo) Salinas, Alfredo (Mary) Salinas and Frank Salinas. Emilio was preceded in death by his son Emilio Salinas Jr. and his grandson Collin.
